HeyGen render tests
Every clip rendered so far, with what it cost and what it shows.
Transparent clips are on a checkerboard so you can see the cut-out.
Your characters — Sam & Nour
Putting them in the room
Not shown, because it does not work yet. The cut-out itself is clean —
hair edges, fingers, the gap under an arm all matte correctly. But the room plate has
both seats already occupied by the current hosts and a fixed camera scale, so a new
person cannot be placed into it without overlapping someone and coming out the wrong size.
What it needs first: the room regenerated with empty seats, and each host
rendered at a seated framing rather than standing. Until then any composite I show would be
misleading.

Rates verified against real charges. Avatar III billed 2 credits for 4.05s and 3 for 6.81s — exactly 20 credits/min rounded up, i.e. $0.99/min. Avatar IV billed 4 credits for 4.44s — 46 credits/min, $2.31/min.
All three tiers now measured. Every one exports a clean transparent
cut-out. Only Avatar IV moves — the two cheaper tiers give a static figure whose mouth
moves and nothing else. The $0.60 tier also means HeyGen’s faces rather than Sam and Nour.
