One room, one desk, one photograph — shot at night with the city behind them. Nothing here is composited: each take drops back into the exact rectangle it was cropped from. The wall display is live, and its light falls back into the room as it changes. Raise your hand at any point to ask a question.
Every take is rendered. Both hosts were photographed at this table, and the two slots above are the exact crops sent to D-ID: sam (56,112,568,624) and nour (1400,150,1842,592) of an 1842×854 plate. A rendered take is pixel-identical to the plate outside the face — measured across all seven at 3.1–5.3 of 255 — so each one drops straight back into its own rectangle with no cut-out, no blend and no seam. Whoever is listening is not a frozen frame: they play a short loop cut from their own silence, forward then backward, so the wrap is continuous and they keep breathing. Every timing on the scrubber is measured from the audio, not estimated.
